| How to earn reward points |
| |
- Register an account on projectnissan.com.
- Purchasing products @ ProjectNissan.com.
When you purchase an item, you will receive 1 point for each $1.00 spent on any item at ProjectNissan.com. Every time you make a purchase, you will earn Reward Points. Every point is worth $0.01. Therefore, if you earn 100 points with your purchase, you will have $1.00 to spend on your next purchase. The more points you earn, the greater the discount!
$1.00 you spend = 1 point you earn
100 Points = $1.00 reward

| Reward Program Restrictions |
- person participating in, receiving points or benefits from the ProjectNissan Rewards program is considered to be a "ProjectNissan Register Member" and therefore, must have established a valid account with ProjectNissan.com.
- Reward points are earned and redeemable by end consumers only. Dealers, wholesalers or resellers do not qualify.
- Points and benefits are non-transferable and may not be accrued to/or redeemed by any other members in any way.
- Members may only redeem points that have been credited to their own account.
- There are no implied benefits of the Rewards Program other than those published or posted by ProjectNissan from time to time.
- ProjectNissan reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the Rewards Program and these Rules and Policies, in its whole, at any time and from time to time, with or without prior notice.
- Rewards Program does not apply to :
- purchases made prior to January. 1, 2004.
- purchases made through an Account belonging to anyone other than the person making the purchase.
- purchases that are cancelled or refunded.
- purchases not made under the member account.
- purchases not account for by ProjectNissan for any reason, including, but not limited to, misused of account, computer equipment malfunction and/or ProjectNissan employee error.
- ProjectNissan assumes no liability except for the calculation and redemption of properly accumulated points in accordance with these Rules and Policies. ProjectNissan reserves the right to adjust point balances, as a result of operational errors or system malfunctions.
- Points are accumulated as per the formula stated in "How to Earn ProjectNissan Reward Points section"
- Points have no cash value.
- If any of the Rules and Policies are determined by a court to contrary, such rules and policies will be read with such changes as are required to make them comply with such applicable law.
