| Modify Your Order |

| All orders can only be modified or cancelled through phone calls. |

| Your order can be modified( change color, qty, etc.) on in stock items before the shipment goes out of our warehouse. Please check the status of your package first, then contact us. |

| Back Order |

| If an item is not in stock, we will hold a Back Order for you and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. If we experience a long delay, we will advise you of that fact. If you do not wish to wait for back ordered items, we will cancel the items you requested upon receiving instructions to do so. |

| All items listed special order are items we do not keep in stock, and has to be special ordered from Japan. The average waiting period is 4-6 week as this is just ETA (estimated time of arrival) and we do not guarantee the waiting period. |
